Industrial processes using pure or ultra-pure water represent a perfect application for MediaPure filters. There are two solutions for installation on cold water supply lines, one with in-line filters and one incorporating a filter array in specific containers for selective filtration, at the same time increasing the lifetime of the filters.
MediaPure UF filters are easy to install and replace; thanks to filtration technology developed in the medical field, the ultrafiltration membrane (MediSulfone®) with 0.005 µm cut-off guarantees the highest removal performance for particles over 15 kDa, with a very high level of microbiological protection (11 LRV) bacteria, (8 LRV) viruses, (5 LRV) endotoxins.
The range of in-line MediaPure filters with ultrafiltration membrane are available with various types of parallel-thread cylindrical fittings (BSPP) ½” or 3/8”, or with John Guest push-fitting for ¼” pipe (OD 6.35 mm), they can be supplied sterile.
The MediaPure UF type filter, in the primary 10” and 20” versions, is suitable for containers with 222 O-Ring type filter connection.
The filters can be supplied in flat base (FLAT) version, with fin spacer (FIN), or with connection to washing device (FLUSH).
