SAR-MED srl was founded by MEDICA in Iglesias, Sardinia, Italy, and started operations in mid-2004. SAR-MED srl manufactures a range of disposable medical devices and including the spinning of hollow fibre membrane and the manufacture of dialysis filters for the MEDICA Group.

TECHNOMED Inc, established in 1995, is a company located in Wallace (NC-USA). TECHNOMED provides marketing, sales, distribution, and customer support for TECNOIDEAL products in USA market. In addition TECHNOMED sells medical grade component and sub-assemblies used in the manufacture of dialysis, IV therapy, infusion, nutrition, and cardio-surgery tubing sets and assemblies.
