MEDICAL DIVISION

The medical device division covers different business areas such us Chronic and Acute Dialysis, Gastroenterology, Urology, Oncology, Cardiology, Diabetes, Respiratory care Systems, marketing and selling both with own product lines to its partners worldwide and also manufacturing for major international companies on an OEM basis. The current product line is comprised of a range of specialist medical equipment and vast range of single use disposable products.

WATER FILTRATION

Thanks to the development of MEDIAPURE and DIAPURE filters based on MEDISULFONE® UF ultra filtration membrane, MEDICA S.p.A. has entered into a new market sector for water filtration in the home, hospital, and for civil and industrial use. Development of innovative and specialist products based on its hollow fibre technology is the hallmark of MEDICA S.p.A continued investment in research into new applications. Partnerships and product development agreements have been undertaken with numerous major multinationals and thanks to advances made through continued research, MEDICA S.p.A has now a firm foothold in many new and advanced water filtration applications.
